Creating a seamless experience for buyers and agents to access Bungalo homes for sale via the mobile app. Using keyless entry smart home tech and access codes generated by the app, potential buyers could tour homes on their own schedule.

Bungalo is a direct to consumer real estate brand. Bungalo homes are fully renovated, updated with modern finishes and backed by a 1 year warranty. The traditional experience of buying a home is confusing and stressful at every turn. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Bungalo's technology for buying their homes aims to make every step of the home buying experience as smooth and straightforward as it should be.
Prior to the mobile app buyers and agents had to call in and a customer service or sales team member manually generated that door access code for them. Our primary goal for the app was to improve sales efficiency and customer experience by providing users self-serve home tour access via the mobile app. This significantly freed up the sales team to focus on supporting buyers in a later stage of the buying journey.
